Products & Artwork: NYCNooks sells physical fine art prints. Color may vary by screen.
Copyright & License: All artwork is owned by NYCNooks. Purchase grants personal use only. No
reproduction or resale.
Pricing & Errors: We may correct errors and cancel affected orders.
Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted only when shipped.
Shipping (USA Only): We ship within the United States only. Risk transfers to customer when
carrier receives the package.
Returns & Refunds: Governed by the Refund Policy.
User Content: Reviews and submissions may be used for marketing.
Third Party Tools: We are not responsible for external services.
Disclaimer of Warranties: Services provided as-is.
Limitation of Liability: Liability limited to amount paid.

Refund Policy

Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order prints are final sale.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
Customers pay return shipping unless defective.
Refunds are processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Data includes name, address, email, and payment info processed securely by Shopify, Stripe, or
