NYCNooks sells museum-quality physical art prints. Each order is carefully inspected before shipment.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

In original condition

In original packaging

With proof of purchase
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

Custom or made-to-order prints

Limited edition or signed prints

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
These items cannot be returned unless damaged in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged:

Email support@nycnooks.com within 48 hours

Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will issue a replacement or refund after verification.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Chargebacks & Abuse
Customers who file chargebacks instead of contacting us may have their accounts restricted.
